I am a proud outsider artist which is art by self-taught or naïve art makers. Typically, those labelled as outsider artists have little or no contact with the mainstream art world or art institutions. Often, outsider art illustrates extreme mental states, unconventional ideas, or elaborate fantasy worlds.

I regard myself as an amateur by choice, a person who engages in a study, i.e. art, or other activities for pleasure rather than for financial benefit or professional reasons.
