This a late weekend thread entry but an entry non the less. Long story short, I've had a terrible nine days somewhat self inflicted but I have a handle on it since Friday. So, this weekend, so far, as promised to myself, I'm bouncing back slowly and mindfully and not at 7000 miles per hour. No booze. No junk food. No negative people. Set myself up to get a good routine back Monday onwards and keep up with everything including DBT path work. That all folks. Over and out. 10 4. X
