A note to class re weekend self care 16.08.19.
My self care commitment this weekend is to submit my homework tomorrow and have all of my work up to date and organised and my personal journal used and helpful. Also I intend to get back into the gym routine. That's it. That's enough. Any other constructive achievements are a bonus. I'm struggling right now so I am mindful of focusing on one thing at a time and saying no to people if I need to. Yep. That'll do! Have a good weekend y'all :)
